Leverage of Equity
• For innovative start-ups with technologically advanced and highly scalable solutions
• Phase: Market development and penetration
• 80% government liability, without collateral!
• Tranches are released upon reaching defined and contractually secured milestones
• Requirements:
o Contributed genuine equity (share capital, shareholder contribution, etc.) –> up to 2 years before the application
o Long-term (>10 years) and interest-free debt capital –> up to 2 years before the application
Special Case Guarantee:
Stabilization (Restructuring)
If your company is financially endangered but not yet insolvent, you can also apply for a guarantee for the restructuring of the company!
