Since 2003, about 42,000 Austrian enterprises have benefited from the internationalisation offensive “go-international” of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Economic Affairs and the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber. This initiative will now be continued until 2027. The subsidies in the form of “schecks” are only available to companies that are active members of the Chambers of Commerce and the Chambers of Civil Engineers and wish to export their own products or services. In addition, they must generate significant value added in Austria.
